Welcome to ScanScore. By downloading, accessing, or using the ScanScore application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
ScanScore provides users with product information, public sentiment insights, and shopping-related tools based on barcode scanning and aggregated data sources.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, or access it using unauthorized methods.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.
ScanScore offers optional paid subscriptions ("ScanScore Pro") that provide enhanced features such as unlimited scans and advanced insights.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
ScanScore aggregates information from third-party sources, including public databases and online discussions.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided. Content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
We may collect and store information such as your email address, scan history, and saved items to provide and improve our services.

All content, branding, and functionality within the App, including the ScanScore name and logo, are the property of ScanScore or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScanScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or usefulness of the information provided.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ScanScore operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms are between you and ScanScore, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services. In the event of any failure of the App, you may notify Apple for a refund if applicable.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
